It's a Hot One

Hi All,

Been staying inside for now where its too hot to work in the shop for now. So making new jewelry and a few other new items. Coming up with new ideas to try when it finally cools off a little. Since last time here my world has had some major changes. April had my 2nd grandson Trevor was born. Then first week of June lost my Fiance of 6 years to basically blood poisoning. So that was my tragedy of the year. Then born a month early was my 3rd grandchild which is my little princess my granddaughter Camila at the end of June. So this year has been strange, besides no rain and hotter the heck, a new job that I love and everything else. With the last 4 months of the year looking even better for me.

New products of lately

Been a busy person lately, finishing up new products to doing the first show of the year. Was a great Saturday at the show, weather was just right. Working on a few new ideas so will be posting more as I get them going.

New Grandson

Didn't get to do much at end of last week. Friday my oldest daughter had a new son, so I have a new grandson now. Named Trevor, 7.8# and 19 1/2 with dark brown hair. Got to see and hold him Sunday, sure forget how small they are when born. Here's a few pics of the newest addition to the family.

My new craft show banner

Got my new banner in for when I do craft shows. Looks very good. Still building new things and soon to have more online.

Have brand new EZ Digital OS5030 Oscilloscope, 30mhz, 2 channel for sale. Bought it new and was going to open a electronics repair shop but never did. Oscilloscope was turned on once and checked out and worked with to see how it worked. Is a dual channel scope and have 2 probes that go with the scope. Paid over 550.00 when I bought it, For sale for $200 or will consider offers.

Different type of Fairy Door

Fixing to work on a completely different style of Fairy Door, night take a few days for me to get the details worked out and a few trial and errors LOL. Will be very uniquely made so keep a eye out and look for my new production to come out of my shop. Till then have a great day and enjoy.

New wood boxes

Have just about completed some new wood boxes, made from various types of wood and in different shapes. So be on the watch for those to be online soon. Still making fairy doors and some more soon to be completed. Starting soon on making some plaques with information of children birth and all the other information engraved into the wood. Looks like going to come out pretty nice when done. In the works of making 4 so will post pics as I complete them and will offer service for making those also. But will be custom order jobs as to have to have time to put all the info onto it. So a lot of new things in the works.

Last Nights Full Moon

For a while last night couldn't see the moon for all the clouds. Finally around midnite it cleared up enough to see it. Wasn't sure if it looked all that much bigger could have been.

Have another fairy door completed and ready to post and working on 2 more. Then off to find another project to make. So staying busy right now making new products and job hunting. That's a slow process LOL

Saterday and A full moon

Here it is Saturday again and tonite is supposed to be a very large full moon. So time to sit back and enjoy the moon tonite and build up your energy.

Getting more fairy doors made in different shapes and sizes. So more on the way for all to see. Working on a few boxes and also a few for special orders so a little busy for now.

Fairy Doors

Been working on a wide variety of fairy doors. Got some very nice ones made and before could post some friends saw and love them and they got bought on the spot. So more to make and post. Made a beautiful one with flowers and vines all over it, as you know that's the one that sold. Now making one with moon and stars all over it in a nice blue background.

Another new product

Started a new product that should turn out great. Had a person ask about fairy doors, so made the first prototype for me. Turned out real good letting it finish drying and will get some picks of it.

Had a good birthday, a lot of people wishing me happy birthday so that made it worth while for me.

My 3 day sale is over now so sorry its back to original prices.. Bummer I know.

Another week

A beautiful Tuesday

Woke up to a cool but sunny day. Felt so nice this morning. Got to enjoy this before it gets to be summer. Have a lot of stone inlay on sale now and more to come. Working on adding designs to my card holders and to boxes, so a lot of new things in the works with them.

Just got finished posting online at my etsy store 7 new amulets with stone inlay work. Have more made and drying, so more on the way. Also some more natural wood card holders and bowls. So a lot to come.

Nice way to end the week

End of this week ended with a bang. Got picked for 11 different treasuries last 2 days. Felt real good to see my stuff get picked and shown for all. Have more stuff made and fixing to post it and more on the way. Making a wide assortment of zodiac amulets regular and cusps signs. Have a few wands to post as well as another bowl and some more card holders. So been a busy beaver lately and chewing up the wood.

Don't forget do have amulets made and on sale for St. Patrick's Day so get you a lucky 4 leaf clover today.

Good Day today

Was a very good day today for me. Did a good deed and then mowed grass, then it was off into my shop working on another bowl and more of my inlay amulets. The crushed stone is working great.

New design

Working on a new design now for my amulets. Have a few made and so far looking great. So check out my etsy or artfire stores in the next few days and see my new line of amulets.

Will be using the same idea into my boxes or card holders, so a lot of new ideas and things to come.

Added new stuff

Added 7 new items tonite. More card holders and some amulets. Later on a few wands of different assortments. After much debate decided to not split my shops. This way people have a variety to shop for without running to different shops.

So more to come soon.

Great day in the shop

It was a beautiful day working on wood today. Got some new bowls made and some more card holders made. Fixing to work on a new store and split my woodworking from my occult stuff. Will still make both types of stuff, just think better sales for my regular wood crafts if in a different shop. So in the next few weeks will be revamping both my artfire and etsy stores and a new one online soon. So watch for my updates and will let all know when up and running.

Moving Along

Its a sunny clear but cold Friday morning and going to be a nice weekend.

Lately been getting into a lot of treasuries and getting more exposure. A lot of new stuff is in the works and soon to be out. Making some very nice round boxes and bowels now along with my other stuff. With in the works some unique and different pen holder and card holder combo. Working the bugs out and the design so brain is a going with new ideas.

Morning

Morning all,

Survived the ice storm down here in Houston and slowly thawing out. Later today back into the shop finally to finish up some projects and start some new ones. So keep a eye open and see what comes out of my shop next.

New Card Holders

Started making business card holders as well as other things now. Here is pictures of my first 2 made this way. Turned out very good. Made from cedar and dalmatian wood. With a little tung oil to bring out the color and lacquer to help it shine. Look for these soon on my Etsy site.

Beautiful Saturday

Have a beautiful day coming so far. Bright clear sky and warm sun this morning. But they say enjoy cause later today and through monday it goes to pot. LOL

Been out in the shop doing work and making new wood products. One is a wooden cell phone holder for your desk. Made from all natural wood with unique insect markings all through it. Also making business card holders with the same wood. Turning out very nice. Also a few other things being made. So I'm a busy little beaver right now.

Branching out with different Items

Howdy all and Happy New Years to all. Been real busy in the shop making new stuff. Got a lot of new amulets online and more to come. Soon to have some more boxes ready and posted, so keep a eye open for them.

Started some new lines of wood products and working to keep them as close to natural as possible. Made my first business card holder and turned out great I think. Also making wood stands for cell phones, so have one of those online now to sale.

Could use some help on phone sizes. If you don't mind, need measurements of the width and thickness of various phones and name of phone. That way can make assortment of stands.

All for now and keep looking for my next project.
